At Marvex Fishing, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in resalable condition

  • Be returned with original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Marvex Fishing reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos

After review, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may have already entered processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped by Marvex Fishing;

  • The item arrived damaged;

  • The item contains a verified manufacturing defect.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Marvex Fishing is not responsible for packages reported as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier and local authorities when applicable.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier claims when possible.


International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or similar charges imposed by local authorities.

Such fees are not refundable by Marvex Fishing.


Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

We are committed to resolving customer concerns promptly and fairly.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marvex Fishing's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
